what to do

Right now I am pretty overwhelmed. I just woke up that way today. I think some days are like that. I have been reading The Presence of the Kingdom by French theologian Jacques Ellul. It's one of those books that I totally jive with and understand. But at the same time the content is so deep that I have trouble articulating exactly what it is that I am jiving with. All I know is that I agree with Jacques that the world needs Christians who think critically about the world in which they live and who are brave enough to live a style of life that absolutely does not conform to the society in which they find themselves. Probably the most reassuring point that Ellul makes is that whenever God wants to demonstrate His power He always uses people. When He moves my only hope is that He finds me ready to be used by Him.
