This phone is useless! Mine no longer works.. at least the inner screen of the device is just a blank which makes the phone useless. Sure you can call me, but I can't call you, or text you, or set the alarm, or do anything useful because I am unable to navigate the device without a working inner screen. It's dumb anyways because it has the right features, but all are sub-par: grainy photos, inaudible video, picture button you can't lock= 1,000's of shots of pocket etc. Oh and it conveniently broke 2 months beyond its manufacturer's warranty which means I'm out of luck!! We'll see about that. I am not looking forward to my visit to the Cingular store, but at least when its over I won't have this junker!
