This spring I had a swarm of Termites invade my office at the apartments. After getting quotes for treating the complex that ranged from $6,000-$10,000 I decided that I could probably do it myself. I found a place on the internet that sold me a Termite Baiting system, that typically is sold only to licensed exterminators (and is not legal in CA). Total cost $240. I installed it today and now the waiting game begins.......semi-anticlimactic....but totally worth it if I get any hits on my bait stations.
