Today I remembered why I came to seminary. I wanted to be able to study and then offer insight into that which I studied that would be truly my own insight and not simply the regurgitation of some one else's material. Reminders like these help to keep me moving forward with this endeavor even if at times I feel as though I am walking waste deep through wet cement.
